Airport Transfers
Depend on Mapp Transportation to be on time, every time.   To or from the airport, we are your transportation solution.  We service Charlie Brown at Fulton County Field, Hartsfield/Jackson International, Gwinnett County Airport and Peachtree/Dekalb Airport.

 

Charter Services
Enjoy the flexibility of having your own chauffeur. Whatever your needs, our hourly chartered service puts a chauffeur at your employment for as long as you desire.

Chartered services are billed by the hour, delivering truly personalized service. You can travel from place to place safely, comfortably and efficiently - without having to keep up with the time. Your chauffeur and vehicle will be ready whenever you need them.  Great for meetings, shopping or seeing the city!

 

Weddings and Special Occasions
Mapp Transportation adds a touch of class to any special occasion. Our excellent customer service and luxurious vehicles make us the perfect chauffeured service for your weddings, parties, “night out”, theater, sporting events, Birthdays, and more.

 

Proms
Safety and dependability are most important when making a decision about which chauffeured services company to entrust your children to for prom transportation. At Mapp Transportation, we specialize in professional, responsible prom evenings that will create special memories that will last a lifetime.  Parents do not need to worry, our NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED policies are strictly enforced on prom night.
 

Our Policies
 
  • We have a “No Smoking” policy in all of our vehicles.
  • Complimentary newspapers and magazines are provided for our client’s reading pleasure.
  • A complimentary chilled bottle of water is offered for our client’s refreshment.
  • Our “bag of tricks” is offered in order to help us provide Extreme Customer Service to our clients.
  • Any damage to the vehicle will be billed to the client’s credit card for the cost of repairs.  The Client will receive an itemized statement.
  • Additional clean up charges will incur for excessive spills that stain, ANY bodily fluids, and/or odors. 
    A minimum of $350.00 will be billed to the client’s credit card for labor and materials required to clean all contaminated areas.

 

Our Company Policies

  • A 20% gratuity will be added to the total bill, of which 100% goes to the chauffeur.  All gratuities are completely voluntary
    and subject to the client’s approval.  If the client is not satisfied with the service received, please contact us immediately.
  • Rates may change during holidays and special events.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, airlines, weather, or any other situation beyond our control. 
    We strive to be on time, every time and will do our best to keep informed of any situation that may arise and likewise inform
    our client.
  • A credit card number is required to make a reservation.
  • Charges will not be billed to the client’s credit card until the completion of the scheduled trip.

 

Cancellation and No-Show Policies 

In order to avoid cancellation or no-show fees, please adhere to the following:

  • A minimum notice of 2 hours is required for airport transfers.
  • A minimum notice of 24 hours is required for chartered or shuttle services.
  • A non-refundable deposit may be required for special events such as proms, weddings, conventions, and “night-out”.
  • A “no show” fee for the entire amount of the trip will be charged if the client fails to show at the designated pick up location.
